The interview process was typical for a government position. There was a panel of four staff members who each read from a set of pre-determined questions. These standardized questions are to supposedly provide for a "fair" determination of the best candidate.

Entrevista
The whole process was online.
Very easy and friendly interview panel.
I was interviewed in Shoreline and Lacey offices.
Received offers from both offices within few days.
10 different questions and only Lacey requires the writing assessment. I feel confident afterwards.
All my references have been called and checked.
