I was called by the recruiter for a preliminary phone interview. Then I had a second interview with the COO, and finally, I had an in-person interview at the office.

The other operations associates are incredibly sweet and friendly, but some of upper management can be a bit snooty (expected -- these are entrepreneurs and they've earned their right to brag). I applied through the Washio website - the initial email from Washio came quickly. However the following emails were slow. Often there was a full week between responses from the company -- hence it took from the end of October to the end of November to finish the two-step interview process.
