Entrevista
The HR screening process was unexpectedly unpleasant and, frankly, a bit hurtful. The interviewer was dismissive and openly critical of the experience on my resume—the same resume they had chosen to invite for an interview. It felt unnecessarily personal and unprofessional.
In stark contrast, the conversation with the Hiring Manager was respectful, engaging, and focused thoughtfully on the role and my qualifications.
This sharp contrast speaks volumes. While the Hiring Manager left a positive impression, the HR process was discouraging and reflects poorly on the company’s respect for candidates.

Entrevista
- Met the recruiter first, friendly and polite, and brief introduction of the company. Pleasant to meet and talk to.
- Met the Head of HR, traditional and slightly sexist IMO, questions asked are slightly personal and private, preconceived what type of person you are based on your background, which mostly is false. Overall I felt unpleasant and later was kinda upset too.
- Met the line manager, friendly and polite too, and introduce me to the benefit etc of the role.
