I first interviewed with the Administrative Coordinator/Office Manager. She described the job, asked me why I was interested in it, etc. Very run of the mill interview. I then went in to meet with the General Manager, we spoke for about 15 minutes and he was very friendly, though he talked a lot and sometimes talked over me. I got a call within the next few days that I had been hired.
