I went through two rounds of the process. The first round (which typically should be an HR phone screen) was a conversation with another carbon data analyst. The second round was a SQL screen with another carbon data analyst. Since I had never spoken to an HR person, the information given during both rounds was conflicting and I found myself getting more and more confused about the job position, duties, and even location (remote vs. in person). The only thing they made clear was that the job would entail a lot of work (around 50 hours a week). After the second round I was ghosted, even though I was told I’d be receiving feedback regardless of my status in the process.
