Interview was relaxed and quite casual. They asked about my customer service experience and how I would deal with certain situations. They asked a lot about books/reading and what I read as well.

Answered about 10 questions and encouraged to expand and show previous experience of things like conflict resolution and initiative and general knowledge on bestselling books
