did sourcing exercise. 2 phone calls and 1 on-site interview. did not get a tour of the facility or a chance to check out the office, but got a good enough idea of what it was like, walking to the interview room.

A series of teams calls with different people. One was a case study where you did it with a manager you would be working with. Moved pretty quickly with scheduling the interviews and hearing on next steps.

First interview in the initial phone screen, followed by a zoom with the hiring manager and then a case study. The hiring manager will focus on behavioral questions while the case study is all about how you would handle a certain situation/initiative.
