Word of advice to applicants: Find a way to keep in contact with the relevant people you are actually interviewing with instead of Wayfair's HR people! HR at this company are awful people that will suddenly ignore you for weeks for the sake of their own convenience. This happened twice to me over the course of my 10 week long application process. After my HR screen and initial interview, my application was lost for a month by Wayfair's incompetent HR department. After it was found, I had two GREAT interviews with the manager of the department filling the position, and was invited to come in for an on-site interview. HR then decided to suddenly ignore me for three weeks (again), and when I was finally able to get back in contact, I found out that the job had been given to someone else because it took them too long to arrange the on-site visit. Do not fall for HR lies, no matter how nice they sound. Keep in contact with the non-HR people you interview with and keep them updated if HR stonewalls you!
