The interview process is chaotic at best. It's obvious management at Wayfair has no idea what they're doing. You get passed from person to person during the interview process. Not to mention they are quite condescending. They also want college grads for a job paying $16.

the interview process was very straightforward and simple. they asked star method questions about experience and took time to throughly answer any questions I may have had. Very easy process

It was fine, the person who interviewed me was lovely. Explained the role well, and very human. Took an interest in me and my skills, and didn't wait long to contact me to offer the role.

Entrevista
Two interviews. First was a phone screen with HR. Second was a 45 minute interview with two sales manager.
Overall, very friendly and the interview was conversational.
