Zuerst fand ein Interview mit 3 Leuten an der Universität statt. Eine Woche später wurde ich für drei einzelne Gespräche eingeladen. Alle drei Gespräche dauerten zwischen 45 und 50 Minuten und bestanden aus einer kurzen Vorstellung und einer Case Study

Phone call from recruiter, asked alot of questions and made me feel comfortable.
Process was easy and i was offered the job in the spot. I love it at Wayfair
I had two rounds of interview, and each round of interview was composed with two part (either one case and one behavior style interview, or two cases interviewed by different people)..... There were both quantitative and qualitative styled questions.

1 phone interview with someone fromt the HR
3 interviews on the spot with 3 different managers. General talk about my background and personality, then one interview with the manager of the team including technical interview and at the end another interview with a manager from another team which included hypothetical situations questions.
