Entrevista
I was recruited from LinkedIn overall I had a great experience. The process is very long Wayfair takes their time because they like getting to know who they will be hiring and working with. Use this time to get to know the company and do some research they have so many videos and resources out there. I had a phone interview first and then a google hangout that turned into a panel phone interview, another interview with a senior customer service manager and the following week an additional phone interview with a senior customer service manager I’m that works with a specialized team. All of the people I spoke with were highly skilled and were knowledgeable. Wayfair hires very interesting, innovative and intelligent people they promote and awesome culture and I enjoyed learning about their founders and company. I was then invited to visit their location. I planned to go however accepted another job the day prior and informed them that was much closer to home. Overall a wonderful interview process!

Could you describe what a typical day looks like for a Customer Service Manager? Also, if selected can you tell me how I will be trained? Lastly, after doing some additional research I have seen the enormous growth Wayfair has experience with products, people and consumers. What are the goals is the company currently focused on and how is the customer service team supported to meet these expectations

First I got a call from the recruiter. She asked me just a few questions about my background and my salary expectations. She then said I was moving to the next round and that was scheduled for 2 days later. It was a google meet interview of 30 minutes. She asked me only 3 questions, I thought it didn't go well and that the manager was not really paying attention to me, but about an hour later I got a call from the recruiter that she would like to send me to the next round and that it would be a panel interview and that it would take about 2 and half hours. I have to say the recruiter was very nice and helpful and she wanted me to do well. She sent a lot of information and some tips for the interview. The panel interview was with 4 people and 1 assesement. They kinda asked me the same queestions. It was behavioral questions. Tell me about a time...
They do move really quickly and don't make you wait. The whole process took about 1 week. I just think that 6 interviews are just too much. I did not get the role and the recruiter called me to inform me. I appreciated that she just didn't send an email.
