Initial phone screen was decent and informal. Was invited onsite, but that was disorganized — twice I was left there and people would drop by the room asking if the person that was supposed to be interviewing was around. Eventually that person showed up. Wasn’t asked a lot of questions during the process.
They are definitely agist. If you’re north of 30, you may want to invest your time interviewing elsewhere.
Radio silence after interview, despite them stating there would be a response within two days. When I nearly a week later, I was made to feel like I was bothering them. I lost interest, but I was sent the generic system rejection despite all prior communication being direct.
I definitely got the sense that aside from one interviewer, they seemed to view experience as a negative... almost a threat. It’s too bad, as the company really does seem to have some great direction. The lack of good leadership in the hiring function will definitely hamper this.

Entrevista
A series of teams calls with different people. One was a case study where you did it with a manager you would be working with. Moved pretty quickly with scheduling the interviews and hearing on next steps.

First interview in the initial phone screen, followed by a zoom with the hiring manager and then a case study. The hiring manager will focus on behavioral questions while the case study is all about how you would handle a certain situation/initiative.
