I applied online and got a phone interview very soon. Recruiter was nice and asked several general questions. However, I have to say that they used a very confusing communication and application tracking platform called Jobvite. Some of recruiter's emails went directly to your mailbox, but some of them did not! So you have to check this platform regularly, and I missed a very important email about notifying me the interview time. Obviously, I failed this interview because I did not even know the interview call was coming and I had no preparation at all.
