Applied online and completed personal attributes assessment, 2 weeks later had a telephonic interview and 1 week later I had a video interview. I was offered the job the same day.

Can you describe a difficult situation that you have experienced and how did you deal with it?
Role play scenario: A customer calls late on a Friday evening. You are the last one in the office. The manager has gone home. The customer has not received their TV stand which was supposed to be delivered today. What do you do?
Role play scenario: The interviewer sends you an email from a disgruntled customer who has not received her order on time. She has taken time off work to receive the delivery but it did not come. The lamp she ordered arrived but was broken in pieces. You must write a reply to her email addressing each point of her dissatisfaction.

Super easy interview process and fast onboarding, the team leader was very supportive and responsive prior to my start date. i needed a little extra help setting up my home office and she was able to send out someone to my house.

Entrevista
Overall good interview process, didn't feel too much pressure, interviewer put you at ease. There was a group task which was a good ice breaker between new employees which helped people bond.
