It has been a very long process
I applied through an agent and it took 3 months. Many different interviews and some of the interviews are repeatitive
The interviews were case basis
The interview process involved a case study interview and several situational interviews, totaling about 5 interviews. The scheduling was efficient, and the entire process took about 1.5 months to complete.
4 rounds of interview (HR interview, Hiring Manager, 30 mins Case interview , 3 rounds of back to back interviews from 3 different leaders from cross functional teams) Hiring managers + last round of interviews consist of all behaviorist interview questions while the case interview mostly will test your critical thinking and communication skilll
