The process is long. I had 7 interviews in total. Everyone was kind along the way. However I was completely ghosted by the recruiter who never got back to me. It was between myself and an internal candidate. They said I would hear back either way but they never even called. So much time went into those interviews for me and to be completely ignored was incredibly disrespectful. Happy in the end to not work for a company who treats people this way.

The interview process was thorough, engaging, and fun. It was a series of 1:1 interview and group interviews. I started talking to a campus recruiter for a senior manager role in February and after several interviews was offered a position as a Manager II.
