The interviewer was friendly, easy-going, made me feel comfortable. She described the role and what it would like in the first few weeks of training., then she jumps into the questions, asking about my past work experience. I was excited about the interview and I think she could tell. I did do the homework of getting a better understanding of what Wayfair does and she never asked me why Wayfair but I made sure to incorporate my knowledge of Wayfair.
