One of the better processes I've experienced. All the interviewers were nice and it was very apparent that they were a close-knit team. I was not given many hard questions. The case analysis questions were rather straightforward.

I applied through my college job portal. Initially one certain HR got back to me after 2 weeks asking my availability for 1st phone round. After providing my availability another HR got back to me after a week and scheduled my phone interview with a senior manager from the concerned team. First of all, interviewer called me 5 minutes late, he asked me thoroughly about my past professional experience and at the end he was very impressed. Later, he asked me technical questions and my comfort level working with SQL, XML and JSON. I answered all questions correctly even relating with real time scenarios one faces in a professional environment. The interviewer was highly impressed by me and told me that I would going ahead with the next round, and since it wasn't on his part to officially invite me for the next round, the HR would get back to me within 2-3 business days as they had to expedite their interview process. He even told me that ideally within a week or 5 business days I would get an offer if I successfully clear the onsite round. Then he went ahead and told about the team and his experience to nearly 20 minutes. Overall, the interview was supposed to go for 30 minutes but it went for 45+ minutes. I followed up twice with the interviewer and the HR but never got a reply back even till 3 weeks after my phone interviewer. I understand that certain companies have policies of not getting back to you if they are not going ahead with you. But seriously, is Wayfair so damn unprofessional!! The interviewer him/herself told me that he/her were extremely satisfied by my answers and went ahead and said that I was the best candidate he has talked so far with. Does Wayfair interviewers false praise every other candidate like this and later don't get back to them! Worst interview experience I had till date.
