The process took around a week's time from application to telephone interview. The interviewer did not call on the scheduled time and only after I mailed to check if the interview was still going to happen, I got a call 45 mins late. The interviewer apologised for being late and started the telephone interview by asking my knowledge about the company, till here it was okay but after this he just started shooting down everything I said. The interview was scheduled for 20 mins but within first 5 minutes he showed as if he was running late for something and kept interfering while I was anwering. he did not even let me answer the questions properly.I understand that the HR's get to know within first few minutes if the candidate is fit for the company but, its rude to not let the interviewee speak atleast for the specified time. I think its a great company with great future to look forward to but, I don't think the HR team sitting in the UK office shares the founders' vision.
