I had five rounds of interviews with five different leaders in the STO. First with the hiring manager to determine fully if I was a suitable candidate. Once determined, I then had four more 1-1 interviews. Two were with directors and two were with associate directors. The who process took about two months. While this might seem excessive, it was a good opportunity from my side to ask questions and understand the business and culture.

My role was very technical and niche within the STO. The questions centered around problem solving, project planning, and dealing with setbacks. In one interview, I had a case study where I had to discuss how to layout a specific project before starting it. I had no prep time. The objective was not for me to provide a solution, but to demonstrate how I would find an answer and implement the solution.
The interview process took over 2 months but was offered the position after multiple rounds of interviews. There was a case study but I’ve heard they’re moving away from these

Meet with way too many people, all who asked me the same questions. I didn't get to ask questions, the cases they have are way too long and cumbersome to be done well in a 45 mins interview.
