Was quite a straight forward process, apart from it was 5 stages for an entry level role. A bit intensive, but good learning for the future and prepared me. Support from recruitment was also great.
The different rounds were: Recruiter screening, hiring manager, panel, case study, and finally site tour. Each round wasn't intimidating at all. They took the time to really share insight and ask thoughtful questions.

It was somewhat lengthy, but allowed you to get to know different members of the team. I had about 4 different conversations with various people across the team. The questions were based around company values and were pretty standard interview questions - asking about experience and prompting me to dive into specific examples.

Multiple interviews with 3 different panels all different focus, each session is a minimum of 30 minutes. One is with HR, another with Operations, and another discussing a case study.
