applied through a college career website, received an interview opportunity a week later. The interview was an hour and 30 minute block but realistically only took an hour and 15 minutes. The first 45 minutes were behavioral and the second 45 was scenario based.

The process was long, people were friendly but the process was unlike any that I had seen. There seemed to be a lack of communication as to what the process would be like or what the actual role entailed. After each interview, I was given a timeline of when I should hear back. Most of the questions were case-driven so it was hard to gauge my actual interest in the role.
