SUPER condescending throughout the entire interview process because I didn't have experience in the boating industry, even though marketing skills are transferrable. Didn't like that I couldn't list boat specifications off the top of my head but you don't need to be able to?? That's more of a salesperson's responsibility? Regardless, despite my numerous skills, they were dismissive since I hadn't worked in the industry (which again, shouldn't be the issue). In the end, I was offered the full time job. My asking salary was a bit higher than the range in order to compensate for negotiation. It took them a whole week to respond and when they did, it was rescinded without any time to negotiate. Honestly, I dodged a bullet. It would have been absolutely miserable working for them due to their condescending nature and disregard for one's ability. Would not recommend to anyone else.
