Ghosted pretty hard after 3 phone interviews. Waymo recruiter contacted me via direct email, then had a recruiter phone screen, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. Heard back immediately after talking to the hiring manager that they wanted me to talk to head of manufacturing. Had a call with the head of manufacturing: thought the call went very well - call ended with "you should hear back from us tomorrow." I was then ghosted - followed up 2 weeks later with the recruiter and their response was "I haven't heard any feedback from your call yet - I'll keep you posted." Haven't heard anything about the position since. Interview questions focused on my experience and past projects - nothing too difficult.
