This is mostly my review for the recruiter who i worked with. I applied online and a recruiter contacted me to give her a list of my availabiliy time slots. After that i didn’t hear anything back and few weeks later, she sent the same email request again. I entered my time slots again and got a confirmation email with total different timezone. I contacted her and got a one sentence response that It was based on her timezone. Somehow their schedule calendar messed up the timezone, but she didn’t bother to fix it. Just force me to follow her timezone. I thought it was not a big deal, so I accepted it. After our call one month, she sent me an interview invite for a principal position, which I didn’t apply for. I emailed her to ask again. Still, no sorry and just a short response that they were hiring for multiple positions. After her reaponse a few hours, she sent me a new link again to schedule the interview with the correct postion. But i wasn’t interested in the position anymore and was not patient enough to continue the process with an unprofessional recruiter.
