Applied online, HR video call, an easy one. Then I was set to meet with the team lead for the next round. The first time, the interviewer did not show up, I was waiting for almost an hour, with no information regarding cancellation or reschedule in advance. I was kinda pissed. I sent an email to both HR and one i was supposed to meet, saying that that was very inappropriate. Then the HR called me, explaining the interviewer was in the middle of an urgency so she could not make it. They asked me if I still wanted that position. Then we rescheduled for another one with the same person. The interviewer was nice. However, what I found out was that the skill they required quite deviated from the job description posted online, which it has not mentioned at all. What they actually emphasized are totally different things.
