Firstly from the time it took them to review my application to getting a first stage interview took over 2 weeks, I had my first interview with a fairly junior recruiter who probably needs some training in how to interview and ask engaging questions. My 2nd interview was with the head of talent and this interview in my opinion felt kind of false, firstly it was poor sound quality (no time had been taken to think about booking a private room) secondly during the interview this person did not seem hugely engaged and thus the communication was pretty poor and it felt like my answers were not being heard. At the end of the interview they said they would get back to me with next steps, it took them another 2 weeks to get back to me and that's only because I chased them up.
Its a great shame as the brand is fantastic and the growth of the business is impressive but it needs some real work in the recruiting teams.
