Entrevista
A recruiter found me on Linkedin, and we scheduled a call. I talked with the recruiter, and then I was asked to join a video call with the hiring manager. The call was supposed to be myself and two others. On the morning of the video conference, there were 6 people in the room. I stayed on the phone with the HR partner for about 10 minutes longer than the scheduled time.
The recruiter got back to me two weeks later, after I followed up. She told me that they were going in a different direction.
In general, the process was disorganized. The recruiters were pretty immature. One of them would regularly email me from another person's email address, which was strange. She also told me that the hiring manager was struggling to find someone for the role, and that the hiring manager was very picky.

Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
