Entrevista
After waiting for a few weeks since submitting my resume, I got a call from a Talent Recruiter. My initial phone call with her was unimpressive as she just asked me to walk her through my resume and she definitely gave me the impression that she did not look at my resume, at all, before our call. Then she gave me a "canned" response of what the job entailed. After 30 mins, time was up and she had others to call. (P.S. HR in an open office setup is not ideal as I could hardly hear her on the phone, but could hear several conversations of the people around her.) Then I received an email about scheduling a call with someone I'd be working with and submitted some available times to her. We scheduled a call. Then the morning of the next call, I got an email that we needed to reschedule. So I again submitted available times and booked the call. Next, was crickets....as in no other communication from WeWork at all. No rejection email, nothing. Ghosted. -- Which directly affects how I feel about the professionalism of this company and that I would not work for them now. --

Entrevista
I submitted my application and received follow-up from the recruiter within a day. From there, the process went smoothly. At first, I wasn't sure if I wanted to work here due to some of the other Glassdoor reviews, but the people really sold me on it. All of the conversations I had were challenging in a positive way and inspiring. The full process took about two weeks start to finish, and I received feedback every step of the way from the Coordinator. There was one interviewer who didn't show up for the interview, and that was my only negative experience. However, he sent someone in his place. Overall, it was very positive. Within two weeks, I went from not really knowing if this was somewhere I wanted to work to this being the only place I wanted to work.

Entrevista
Very straightforward process with HR engagement followed by discussions with regional and global heads of the department. Short and crisp discussions. Interviewers were very friendly and the chat took place over VC.
