O processo levou 4 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa WeWork.
Entrevista
After initially applying in December, their HR department asked if I was free to organise a video call a week later. I replied instantly giving potential times and claimed I was able to organise the video call at their convenience. They did not reply to my email until the new year. Eventually, I completed the video call, which was very straightforward, they asked about why I wanted to join WeWork and about my prior experience. I asked about the next steps and they said there would just be two more steps , a building visit and a interview with the directors of community.
I was then invited to a building visit, which was actually really fun. I got to see how WeWork operated, as well as meeting some memebers. The visit was divided into three sections, an initial chat with the Building Manager, then time on the front desk and finally introducing myself to current memembers and to get a better idea of their businesses. The key to this is to ask loads of questions throughout the visit and be very friendly.
After this I did get invited back to a interview with the directors, it was a simple enough sit down 20 minute chat. I received no feedback despite getting to the final stage, I had never seen such poor organisation from a company.

entrevista online com recrutadora bem direta, tranquila e dinâmica. vaga com salário abaixo do mercado, mas boa oportunidade de crescimento dentro da empresa. processo um pouco longo... 4 etapas no total
Four rounds of interviews with one in person building visit. One interview, zoom interview, in person visit w/ interview, final interview over zoom. It's a long and arduous process that didn't really sit well with me, but they do like to be thorough about who they're hiring based on first impressions. It's a lot of in person, customer service stuff with face to face interactions so it makes sense. Still, four rounds is kind of crazy.
