Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela WeWork (Londres, Inglaterra) em mai. de 2019
Entrevista
There are 4 stages of interviews. 1st - Online interview with HireView which involved answering questions that came up on the screen whilst you were filmed on Webcam. You have around 2.5 mins to answer and you have one retry in case you want another go at the question.
2nd - Online interview with a Talent Acquisition, very easy talk to ask all the questions you want to ask THEM
3rd - Building visit or Assessment day - You get to choose which one you want to do and they book you in. I chose building visit and I was asked to come to a building of theirs in London which was 2hrs long. I spent 30mins with a community manager and answered interview questions, sat with a community lead for an 1hr to get a feel for the job and another chance to ask questions. 30mins with a community associate who gave me a task of talking to 3 random members in the building and ask them about their company, why they are here and just get to know as much as possible in a few minutes of talking. I then had to relay this back to the community associate and tell him what I learnt.
4th - 30mins interview with the community director. I saw this interview as the final okay. This was the most formal interview out of all of them and definitely felt the most serious.

Entrevista
entrevista online com recrutadora bem direta, tranquila e dinâmica. vaga com salário abaixo do mercado, mas boa oportunidade de crescimento dentro da empresa. processo um pouco longo... 4 etapas no total
Four rounds of interviews with one in person building visit. One interview, zoom interview, in person visit w/ interview, final interview over zoom. It's a long and arduous process that didn't really sit well with me, but they do like to be thorough about who they're hiring based on first impressions. It's a lot of in person, customer service stuff with face to face interactions so it makes sense. Still, four rounds is kind of crazy.
