I applied and a day later the recruiter reached out and set up a screening call for the following day. The interview had to be rescheduled because something came up for the recruiter. Then the holidays came around so it ended up being 10 days until I got to have the phone screening. Immediately after my phone screening, I got an email about moving to the next step and meeting with the community manager. I met with the community manager the next day! The day after that I got an email about moving to the next steps and doing an on-site. A week later I did the onsite and met with the same community manager I had interviewed with online. Right after my onsite, I got an email that I was moving to the final step which was meeting with the area director and I met with her 4 days later. 5 days after my last interview I got an offer. Overall this process took a month and was very smooth!

Le processus de recrutement s'est déroulé dans un espace WeWork à Paris avec deux managers de l'équipe Community. L'entretien portait sur mon parcours professionnel, mon expérience en relation client et ma capacité à créer du lien entre les membres. Les échanges ont été professionnels, bien structurés et les managers ont pris le temps de répondre à mes questions sur le poste et l'entreprise. Une expérience globalement positive et respectueuse.
