There are four interviews. The first one is the call with the recruiter. Second, you have an interview with the manager. You are then scheduled for a site visit with the team. Lastly, you have an interview with the Area Director.

Le processus de recrutement s'est déroulé dans un espace WeWork à Paris avec deux managers de l'équipe Community. L'entretien portait sur mon parcours professionnel, mon expérience en relation client et ma capacité à créer du lien entre les membres. Les échanges ont été professionnels, bien structurés et les managers ont pris le temps de répondre à mes questions sur le poste et l'entreprise. Une expérience globalement positive et respectueuse.
