The process included a screening interview with a recruiter, followed by two virtual interviews with managers located outside my region, and an in-person interview at the location. My main feedback pertains to the repetition of questions. I was consistently asked the same set of questions by each interviewer. Additionally, there was a lack of communication regarding the hiring decision. Despite requesting updates, I did not receive any information or reply of the outcome. Improving interview efficiency by tailoring the number of interviews to the role's scope, sharing candidate notes with other interviewers, and providing clear communication about hiring status would enhance the candidate experience.
