Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana.
Entrevista
The first step was a zoom interview with HR, which I did not pass primarily due to lack of language skills I presume. The interviewer stated that WeWork Israel branched off as a franchise, separate from the WeWork conglomerate, and operate in Hebrew now. I transparently told her my reading and writing skills in Hebrew are basic, not quite at a native or even professional level. As such, I would not be able to fulfill the job duties efficiently due to language barrier. The interviewer didn't seem very enthused with her job as if she were forced to be there, but overall she was polite and respectful. I appreciated her straightforwardness, and she did not unnecessarily waste any of my time.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa WeWork (Monterrey, Nuevo León).
Entrevista

Candidatei-me online.
Four rounds of interviews with one in person building visit. One interview, zoom interview, in person visit w/ interview, final interview over zoom. It's a long and arduous process that didn't really sit well with me, but they do like to be thorough about who they're hiring based on first impressions. It's a lot of in person, customer service stuff with face to face interactions so it makes sense. Still, four rounds is kind of crazy.
