Extremely jr. team that hasn’t recruited before. The process itself was fine, just doesn’t seem structured by people who understand Recruiting. Dynamics seemed off internally. I got the feeling management didn’t know what it was doing. One thing that came across is that the more inexperienced members of the team seemed to be the ones who were really in charge. No leadership.
