Entrevista
2 Phone interviews, 2 in-person interviews, coding test and short IQ/ reading comprehension test.
More of a focus on culture rather than experience. Developing skills takes time and they are well aware of that. They don’t expect you to know everything, but instead place emphasis on your character. Are you a good fit for the company? Do you have the capacity to challenge yourself and learn from every new situation?

Multiple stages of interviews. The first stage is a simple phone call where they ask about your background. They asked about why I chose the company, why I chose the CS field, why I chose my college, and things like that. The interviewer was very friendly, and it felt more like a conversation.

Long and lengthy process but they were nice throughout the whole process. They asked multiple questions about my future with the company, so they clearly want their new hires to be there long term.

I was contacted on LinkedIn by the founder of the company and told I would make a good fit for some of the openings of the company. This seemed to be based only on the fact that I had a CS degree and a 3.4 GPA.
The first step is a phone interview where they ask you questions about career goals, your college experience, etc. Also, be prepared to answer questions about the job description. My advice is to relax and be honest during this part. They aren't looking for any perfect answers at this stage; they just want to get to know you better. At the end of the phone interview, I was notified that I would be moving on the the written interview stage.
For the written interview, I was sent a Google form with a bunch of open ended questions that I had to answer. There was also one at the end where you have to rank some traits based on which ones describe you the most. Some of them are fairly simple such as describing your personal projects, and some of them are actually quite difficult. They want to find out what you want out of a developer position and if you would make a good fit. Unfortunately, I did not make it past this part.
