It was a long process. From what I understood there were about 5 or 6 interviews total. They are much more interested in whether or not you fit the company culture than your experience.
In a way this can also be a problem because you might be a great candidate but your nerves could hinder your ability to communicate your true self. A question I would suggest to the interviewers is to always ask the candidate at the end of the interview, how nervous they were at the start and how nervous they are at the end of it. This gives great insight to the state of mind of the candidate.
