Was contacted by an outside recruiter, soon learning that the company does not seem to have much of an inside recruting process. Was sent to IN for what was suppose to be a final interview after speaking with Sales Manager. I could tell the HR process was not intact because I was shuffled to 9 different offices to speak with just about anyone that had
" Manager" in the title. After a grueling process I was told thank you and sent back on a plane. I was called by the outside recruiter for feedback and all looked good. I was interested in the position because it was home based and technology structured. After about one week the recruiter called back and said I was not a fit. I felt like I was set up to fail from the begining after interviewing with so many people. Most likely one of those people did not like something about me. I was told this was not the hiring managers decision. The worst part was that it took them over a month to repay me to the travel expenses that I paid out of pocket for..I warn any sales professional to stear clear
