Contacted by a US recruiter a week after applying for the job. Had a quick 5 minutes phone call with him and then scheduled a videocall with the supervisor and the manager of the role. Had this 2 phone interviews and never heard back. Contacted the recruiter 2 days after the interviews and didn't even respond. You shouldn't treat people like that. At least give some feedback or have the common decency of tell them they were not selected. I do not recommend this company at all.

There were 3 rounds of interviews, first with the Manager, then with the Executive Director in the US and then with the Director of Client Services as well as Team members.
