Within a few days I had a interview with a center supervisor She ask questions like "How do you feel about being listen to often and rated on calls" "how do you feel working in a call center atmosphere", "when have you had similar work experience", "why should I hire you"?. After the interview she mentioned I should hear from them soon either way. It's been a month and a half and I have not heard back from webmd. I followed up with an email three weeks later and the recruiter mention that are in the middle of finalizing the buyer for hiring with the corporate office and right now they do not know how long it will take before they make decisions and ensured me I will be contacted when a decision is made.

A phone interview is first conducted if all goes well an in person interview is scheduled. The phone review was relaxed as well as the in person interview.
