1st round online assessment (easy SQL MCQ questions) then 2 rounds of technical interviews (first has more hands on question 2nd round taken by high level person) then final HR discussion round

Round 1 - Apptitude Test Round 2 - Technical Round (Easy Level Leetcode Question to complete or Debug the code ) Round 3 - HR Round Final Decesion - Rejected

Call with recruiter, speak with hiring manager, take home assessment, than 1.5 hour panel interview. I declined to proceed with the interview process. They wanted me to come into the office 3 days a week, jump through multiple hoops to have a shot at working with them, OH and they also wanted me to take $20k USD pay cut.
