I have applied to the position via social networking site. Got a call from HR after a month and scheduled the initial telephonic screen 1 weeks later based on slots. The interview went one sided and lasted less than 10 minutes and basically the interviewer had no interest to interact or get the details. No questions were asked at all and they simply concluded the call. My skills were exactly matching to the role and in fact more. Though the HR initially confirmed that the results of the interview would be posted in a day or two, I did not receive the response even after 10 days. Not even response to email or phone or voice mails. Finally, the HR informed that my role isn't matching with the one they are looking for. I am completely upset after spending close to 4 weeks for the interview process to hear such a response. If the screening had been tough and if I didn't get through, then I would be absolutely happy but in this case, this went very unprofessional. I never prefer or suggest this company again.
