I first had a phone interview, and was then scheduled for a face to face interview with the hiring manager. He was extremely approachable and candid about the company and the position. At the end of the interview he let me know he wanted me to come back and interview with a few of his team members. They were very welcoming and asked great questions in terms of what I might bring to the team based on past experience. I then was asked to come back and do a 20 minute presentation (on anything). After the presentation I met with the director of the department and the hiring manager once again.
