The interview process was pretty standard: phone screen, hiring manager, peers, and other leadership. It was impressed on me that at this level of role being Enterprise there was additional requirements of a higher level of clear communication and a level of importance to the company. This is ironic considering how bad their internal communication was and how many mistakes there were during my interview process. I was given a verbal offer of 100k which is about 40-50k under market value for this type of role. I was planning to negotiate but never received the offer in writing to start the process. So after several reach outs, They apologized and called me a top candidate and then proceeded to say their budget had changed and they were lowering the offer by 15k. So I would caution anyone who has experience from taking such a low salary for a company that clearly needs to work on their internal communication. This sounds terrible so I can only assume that you must think I am some unqualified disgruntled candidate to have such a bad experience. But I assure you I was more than qualified and am appalled at the experience hence writing this review as a cautionary tale.
