5 rounds: The first round is to write the test case of login functionality on the notepad of the laptop. The second round is HR; here are common HR questions, like intro and salary expectation, and basically they check your communication. The third round was taken by the team lead; here they will check your basic technical skills, like those about Selenium, waits, and exception handling. The fourth round was an MCQ-based test; there were 20 MCQ tests based on Java, and then the last round was taken by the CEO, where they checked the communication and confidence and also technical skills.
I cleared all the rounds, and then HR congratulated me and told me that tomorrow we connect on Teams and one more HR round will be taken and salary will be discussed. Even I got the call from HR, and they asked me about the joining date. I told them to join from Monday, then they cut the call and told me our head HR will call you. But I didn't get any call from HR, and when I called back, they told me to write them an email and I would get the reply by mail, and a few days later I got the rejection mail from the company, but after one and a half months, HR called me again and told me that I was selected and when I would join the company, but this time they came here with an offer of a 3-month unpaid trainee role. Then 6 months of internship and then PPO. I was like, why didn't they tell me all of this back one and a half months ago?
