This was my second interview (of many as I was informed), the first was over the phone. The interview was actually enjoyable, which is a rarity. It was causal and quite informative, providing a glimpse as to the culture and their expectations. It was a 50/50 interview where I was encourage to ask questions which were answered professionally. The people I met with, the appearance of the plant environment, and the answers to my questions made me feel that working there would be a great fit...now I just have to get that job!
