3 - round interview process for consulting. 1) Phone Screen 2) take-home consulting case test 3) In-person interview. Pretty straight forward, most people are weeded out during the case test, being able to digest information and tell a compelling story in presentation format is the key to getting an offer.

Entrevista
The process was fairly normal starting with a phone interview and followed by an in person meeting. The initial meeting was off site from the company and all of the initial interview was conducted by the HR company contracted by Weber Associates. Next step would have been an in-person interview with an executive at the company.
