Entrevista
An informal meeting with the MD followed by a formal interview with two senior members of the team. No supplementary tests were required, though both in-person interviews covered personality/cultural fit as well as previous experience and skills.
Two phone interviews over the course of two weeks and in-person interviews, where I met with potential coworkers. I was asked a range of questions about past work, working style and ideal working environment.

Entrevista
