first stage is written test of open questions in PR, marketing communication and questions about yourself, your interest, what media you expose to in daily life. Second stage is interview with team leader of the group that is recruiting. Questions include personality, how will you handle certain circumstances in work place and your knowledge in the industry of the customer this group works for.
